Law Enforcement Protocol

Last updated September 27, 2026. This page explains how Haliʻa Matchmaking LLC responds to law-enforcement and emergency requests relating to Haliʻa HeartDate.

Emergency requests

If there is an imminent risk of death, serious physical injury, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or abuse, authorized law-enforcement personnel should email support@haliaheart.com with “EMERGENCY LAW ENFORCEMENT REQUEST” in the subject line and clearly describe the emergency, the information requested, and how disclosure may prevent harm. Members of the public should contact local emergency services for immediate danger.

Legal process

Non-emergency requests must be submitted by an authorized government or law-enforcement official, identify the requesting agency and officer, specify the account or records sought, state the legal basis, and include valid legal process applicable to Haliʻa Matchmaking LLC.

Preservation requests

Authorized officials may request preservation of identified account records while obtaining valid legal process. Requests must identify the account with sufficient detail, describe the records to preserve, and specify the requested preservation period.

Scope and disclosure

We review requests for validity and appropriate scope. We may reject requests that are informal, overbroad, legally insufficient, or directed to the wrong entity. We disclose only information we reasonably believe is required by law or necessary to address a qualifying emergency.

User notice

We may notify an affected user unless prohibited by law, court order, or a reasonable determination that notice would create a risk of harm, jeopardize an investigation, or facilitate abuse or exploitation.

Submission address

Email requests and follow-up questions to support@haliaheart.com. Email submission does not waive any legal objection, service requirement, or jurisdictional protection.
