Terms and Conditions

Last updated September 27, 2026. These Terms and Conditions, also referred to as the Terms of Service, govern access to and use of Haliʻa HeartDate, a dating service operated by Haliʻa Matchmaking LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter an agreement, and use accurate account information. You may not impersonate another person or create an account for someone without authorization.

Membership and billing

Where a paid membership applies, the current price and renewal terms are shown on the Pricing page and again before payment. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Haliʻa HeartDate permission to host, display, process, and review it only as needed to operate, secure, and moderate the service. You must have the right to upload your content.

Zero tolerance for trafficking, exploitation, and abuse

Haliʻa HeartDate strictly prohibits human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, physical or emotional abuse, coercion, grooming, extortion, non-consensual sexual content, and any attempt to recruit, transport, harbor, obtain, control, advertise, buy, sell, or exploit a person.

You may not aid, abet, help, encourage, solicit, promote, organize, conceal, normalize, or otherwise facilitate trafficking, exploitation, or abuse. You may not use Haliʻa HeartDate to identify, contact, recruit, groom, control, threaten, or exploit a potential victim or to help another person do so.

Other prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the service, scrape profiles, evade blocks or suspensions, access another member’s account, send spam, commit fraud, solicit prostitution or commercial sexual services, exploit minors, share intimate content without consent, harass or threaten anyone, or use Haliʻa HeartDate for unlawful activity. Safety reports and emergencies

Report suspected trafficking, exploitation, abuse, or other prohibited conduct through the in-service Report tool or email support@haliaheart.com. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Haliʻa HeartDate may preserve relevant information and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

Suspension and termination

Haliʻa HeartDate may request profile changes, reject or remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or permanently ban an account for safety concerns, fraud, abuse, policy violations, or legal obligations. Serious conduct may be reported to appropriate authorities.

No guarantee of matches

Haliʻa HeartDate does not guarantee identity, compatibility, responses, meetings, relationships, or outcomes. Members are responsible for their own decisions and should follow the Safety Guidelines.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
