Last updated September 27, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Haliʻa Matchmaking LLC, operating Haliʻa HeartDate, collects, uses, shares, and retains information.

Information we collect

We collect account and verification information, date of birth for 18+ eligibility, profile details, photos, preferences, interests, saved profiles, messages, blocks, reports, session information, payment status, and basic technical records needed to operate and secure the service. Stripe processes payment-card information; Haliʻa HeartDate does not store full card numbers.

How information is used

We use information to verify accounts, provide profiles and messaging, process membership access, apply visibility choices, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate reports, respond to legal requests, support members, and maintain security and audit records.

Who can see information

Eligible members may see active profile information and photos unless the member pauses visibility. Private messages are visible to conversation participants. Authorized moderation personnel may review reports and relevant account records when needed for safety and enforcement.

Service providers and legal disclosures

We use infrastructure, email-delivery, and payment-processing providers to operate the service. We may disclose information when required by valid legal process, to protect a person from serious harm, to investigate fraud or abuse, or to protect the rights and safety of Haliʻa HeartDate and its members.

Account deletion and retention

Account deletion removes sign-in access, profile details, and profile photos. Some de-identified messages, reports, moderation records, security logs, billing records, or records required by law may be retained for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Your choices

Members can pause profile visibility, manage basic notifications, block members, report concerns, and request or initiate account deletion. Contact support@haliaheart.com for privacy questions or access, correction, or deletion requests.
