Refund Policy

Last updated September 27, 2026. This Refund Policy applies to paid Haliʻa HeartDate memberships.

Canceling future renewals

You may cancel before your next renewal by emailing support@haliaheart.com. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Refund eligibility

Membership fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law. We may approve a refund when a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred, an unauthorized charge is confirmed, or another exceptional circumstance warrants it.

How to request a refund

Email support@haliaheart.com promptly with the account email, charge date, amount, and reason for the request. Do not send a full card number or other sensitive payment information.

Review and timing

We review requests individually and will email our decision. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long the credit takes to appear.

Account enforcement

Removal, suspension, or termination for violating the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy does not create a right to a refund, except where required by law.
